Next step, we check your references, confirm your employment, assess affordability of the rent for the property applied for and run a credit check. Once we have processed the application we then seek the owners approval. A decision is made and we let you know straight away, we won’t keep you waiting.
To speed up the process, try to arrange written references and any pay slips or rent ledgers ahead of time and include them with your application form. This process can sometimes be delayed if we are unable to contact your referees. If you can obtain direct numbers and or email addresses this can help us process faster.

WHAT ARE MY MOVE IN COSTS?
These costs need to be paid before you collect keys and move in to the property.
What will it cost me to move in?
If you were looking to rent a property for $600.00 per week, your move in costs would look like this:
First 2 weeks rent paid up front = $1200.00
4 weeks bond = $2400.00
Total move in costs would be $3600
RENT
Your tenancy agreement requires that you pay your rent in advance and on time. For example, if you move in on a Saturday, your rent starts then and is due ON OR BEFORE each Saturday thereafter. We suggest you arrange for the money to leave your account at least 3 business days earlier to make sure it reaches our trust account on time. You need to contact your property manager immediately if you are unable to pay your rent for any reason. We understand that sometimes things happen and if you contact us and explain the situation we are all in a much better situation to assist you and inform the owner.
THE FINAL STEP
Once your rent and bond payments have been made and the Tenancy Agreement signed, we can hand over your keys! You can collect your keys on your agreed move in day. You will receive at least one full set of keys and have others cut if necessary. You may not change any locks or other security devices without the written consent of the landlord. It’s always an idea to have a spare key – just in case!

Your application will be our priority to process and we will be in touch immediately to let you know we have received it. We endeavour to process your application in less than 12 hours, however there are sometimes delays with making contact with referees or receiving the information required immediately. We recommend you provide your rent ledger and as many contact details as possible for your referees, agent and employer. Your identification will also be required prior to processing.
